Fix grayed out cast tabs for Google Chrome.

I've been casting from my 2 year old HP laptop to my 3 year old Smart Samsung TV with ZERO problems. But now EVERY cast tab is grayed out, and the Cast symbol has disappeared from all online videos I might want to watch. Both my tv and laptop are on the same network. How can I fix this??

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as these networking problems can be difficult to troubleshoot on your own. First, are you able to cast to the Chromecast from any other device? If so, that would narrow down the issue to the laptop itself. However, if nothing can detect the Chromecast, it may point to the Chromecast instead. Just to be safe, what color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
