Just bought this tv 4k chromecast and plugged in my pioneer Amp, Netflix has sound and works fine but change to Disney plus only picture no sound , how come.

Check your audio settings in Chromecast you can turn off codecs that aren't compatible with your amp... Aka for example dts

It works with Netflix, and then I change to Disney plus app and no

That doesn't mean both streaming services support exactly the same services.. try disabling all but Dolby Digital and try it.

Hi cheers it worked when I changed from automatic to manual and selected Dolby atmos and Dolby digital.
