Hey my chrome cast is signed into someone’s account that i have no control over and cannot find a way to rest or setup mine without having access to that account can someone help me?

Hey there Ahsten111,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that account issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out! The easiest thing to do would be to factory reset your Chromecast device, then go ahead and re-set it back up from there.
