Update to Android 12

Hello.. I purchased this product after hearing and watching many people praise it, especially after you downloaded the Android 12 update and its improvements. But I set up the device and turned it on, and when I asked for the update, it did not come to me. I repeated it more than once and waited for three days, but unfortunately I did not receive the update.. I hope that you will help me in this by sending me the update package.. I am talking with you from Saudi Arabia and I hope that the update will arrive soon. Thank you

Hi @majed4tm

There are more reports of people not getting the update currently.
So I am not sure if Google pulled the update for now as there are some known issues with the update. 🙂
