      <title>No devices available error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just changed my internet Wi-Fi connection from NBN to 5G. I then reset my chrome cast to factory settings while trying to connect it to the new Wi-Fi signal. I managed to connect chrome cast and my iPhone to the 5G Wi-Fi. However now it says ‘no devices available’ as an error message when I try to cast Netflix or &amp;nbsp;tv apps from my iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Would anyone be able to assist with how to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brittany&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out! Let's see what's going on. What type of Chromecast do you have? Could you tell us the make and model of your new Wi-Fi router? Also, check if your mobile data is turned on. If so, turn it off so your phone will only connect to your Wi-Fi network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might want to check out as well the AP isolation on your router settings and make sure it's disabled. Here's a &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3Dyc5Xh" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt; for more help.&lt;/P&gt;
