Smart tv has no binge app

I have a Hisense Smart tv but hasn’t got the Binge app.
Do I need a 3rd gen chromecast or a google chromecast with remote?

If you cast Binge from a laptop or a phone to your TV, you could get the older one, but if you want a more Smart TV experience and an actual OS running where you can install Binge as an app, you should get the Chromecast With Google TV.

Thanks so much, I have an old one in my smart tv for binge and cast it from iPhone. I was wondering if the new third generation would let me download the binge app on the smart tv, but it seems I may need the google tv one with the remote then 🙏

Thank you, in the bing wensote they said my tv model wont get the binge app, I just feel silly getting a google tv on a smart tv 🙏 but it’s better than my tv. I have a google tv on the other tv in the bedroom.
