Disabling AP isolation on google nest

I have just set up a new home wifi network on my google nest and I am having trouble casting to my chromecast. I googled the error message that I receive when attempting to cast and it was suggested that the problem is that I have AP isolation turned on on my router which is a google nest. How do I turn off AP isolation on my google nest?

What's the make and model of your mobile phone? What type of Chromecast device do you have?

Give these steps a try:

Reboot your Nest WiFi, Chromecast, and mobile phone.
If you're using an iOS device, please make sure the Local Network Access is enabled for casting.
Use a different mobile phone.
Factory reset your Chromecast.
