Wifi connection and LAN connection problem

I live in Korea and I am using Google Chromecast 4k. I can't connect to my home wifi.
The wifi model name is iptimeN704-V3.

When the LAN is connected using a Type-C hub, the screen is displayed, but there is no sound. please solve the problem

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast with Google TV is having some troubles with your home Wi-Fi! These networking issues can be difficult, so I'd be happy to help.
