BritBox casting woes

ok really stumped me this. I cannot get to cast from my BritBox app that resides on a iPhone 6. Never had this problem before, it will play on the phone but casting anything doesn’t work! iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon Prime and all other apps work fine. Any ideas appreciated, 😡

Got exactly the same issue. Same error message and everything else streams fine.

I’ve reported it to BritBox and allegedly they are looking into it. Got the impression there’s loads of people with this glitch

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Since you already contacted Britbox support, could you give us an update, so we can share it with other users?

I hadn’t tried that - have just done - and it has fixed the issue. Videoz no playing to Chromecast from iphone. Thanks for the suggestion.
