Bonjour,

J’ai un smartphone limité à Android 7 et donc une application pour chromecast qui est similaire

à Google Home. Je ne parviens pas à relier mon chromecast au WIFI? Merci pour votre aide.

Thanks for reaching out. To set up the Chromecast device, you need to have an Android phone/tablet with Android 8.0 or later, or an iPhone/iPad with iOS 14.0 or later. You can check this support website article for more information. Also, if you have the supported mobile device, please follow the steps listed here to set up your Chromecast.

J'ai bien reçu votre réponse et vous en remercie. Je me demandais aussi si la connexion du Chromecast au wifi nécessitait que la télévision soit munie du wifi? Merci pour votre aide.

Thanks for getting back to us. No, you only need to connect your Chromecast to the Wi-Fi network. Once it is connected to the Wi-Fi network and successfully set up, you're good to go. You can check this support website article that I've previously provided to see the steps on how you can set up your Chromecast.
