    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, I see a lot of people seem to have the same problem, but I exhausted all the suggestions and function was never restored. For a brief period of time it actually worked as advertised, but now I get the suggestion that my version is not up-to-date. However when I check the display says that my chromecast software is latest. So, I deleted and reloaded the app, per suggestion. No help. iPhone 14 Pro with chromecast 4K hooked to Samsung TV. “Full remote unavailable, make sure your streaming device has latest software” &amp;nbsp; When one hits the “Learn More” highlighted text nothing happens. &amp;nbsp;So, latest versions, many reboots, reloads, device is recognized, no full function.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Toggle off Local Network Access for Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reinstall the Google Home app&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Notice if prompted to turn on or re-enable Local Network Access.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try to download and install Google TV: Watch movies &amp;amp; TV then test the virtual remote from within this app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2WJrahO" target="_blank"&gt;Factory reset&lt;/A&gt; your device. &lt;/LI&gt;
