These options disappear once any app, including supported apps, is downloaded. &nbsp;This is now a known issue, there was another thread that a rep marked as resolved, though it was not. For many of us, this is the primary reason we bought the device and the inability to use this feature has been leading many to return their device and go with a Fire Stick.
