Sound is Crackly when streaming

I have a chrome cast this morning was fine. After a few hours came back and when streaming the sound is very crackly.

tried in different hdmi slots and also rest and factory rest. Happens with Disney+, Netflix, YouTube and Spotify.

can you help

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast's audio doesn't sound good! This would bug me quite a bit, so I'd be happy to help out. Let me ask, are you using a soundbar, or are you using the TV's speakers? If you are able to, try plugging in the Chromecast to another TV to see if the problem persists. That way, we can narrow down the issue a bit.
