Google tv causing static image now.

If your Google tv 4k is flickering now. I just found out from customer care. Colour format option 4:2:0 10 bit no longer exists. It was the only format my Yamaha receiver could process. With Google tv update, they eliminated that option. Therefore static now. If I choose a lower 8 bit colour format, I won't get HDR anymore. Unfortunately, it's either update my home theatre receiver or try apple tv. My 4k projector doest have Arc. So I can't plug directly into the projector. What a shame. All because of an update which cannot be reversed

I'm sorry to hear that the color format your setup uses is no longer an option! I was not aware that it was removed intentionally. Did the support team have you file feedback regarding this, so you could maybe see the feature return again in the future? Whenever there is a feature that you'd like to see return, submitting feedback is highly encouraged.
