Chromecast remote not working

The Chromecast is workable with phone by virtual remote control, but not workable with the original remote.

Even tried the trouble shooting method, the remote still doesn't work. Is there any method to repair or replace my remote?

Hey there bluebeer00,

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast Voice Remote is having some issues! These devices can be tricky to troubleshoot, so I'd be happy to assist you. The first thing I would look at is the LED light on the remote. If the remote is throwing an error, it can show up here. Then, if you are able to, go ahead and factory reset the remote and re-set it back up again.
