Can't get Spectrum App on new chromecast streaming device

I installed Chromecast on my 4 year old dumb Android TV (Supersonic brand) and can get all my usual apps such as Netflix and Hulu. But my Spectrum TV app is not available to install. Spectrum says that Chromecast supports the Spectrum app. I can cast a specific Spectrum TV channel from my phone to the TV through Chromecast. Is there anything I can do to install the Spectrum app?

Thanks for reaching out. I tried to check this on the Spectrum website, and it looks like their app cannot be installed and currently unavailable in the Google TV. You can check this article from their website. You may also reach out to the Spectrum support team for additional information.
