Chromecast prime video constantly crashing

Hi, I was casting a video with the official prime video app, in my 3rd gen Chromecast. But suddenly crashed to showing the ambient, then I cast again the same video, everything normal but after 2 minutes approximately it crashed again, so I cast again, and keeps crashing after 2 minutes I cast the video.

I checked the temperature, it was a bit high, so I power off the device, after that I did cast again, but the same error, I don't really know what's happening.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue casting videos from the Prime Video app to your Chromecast. Let's sort this out.

Is this only happening with Prime Video or across all apps? Please clear the cache and data of the Prime Video app and reinstall it. Rebooting your mobile phone and resetting your Chromecast might also help.
