Google tv remote isn’t working properly.

The power and volume buttons work, but nothing else. I’ve tried troubleshooting, replacing the batteries but nothing is working for me. It’s only a few months old and I apparently can’t request a replacement because I don’t live in the US.

Hey Goerge,

I'm sorry to hear about that. Have you tried resetting the Chromecast Voice Remote and Chromecast with Google TV (4K) dongle? If you haven't yet, please try that and set up again the buttons on your Voice Remote. Follow the instructions here.

By the way, could you please tell us the country you are in? Have you contacted our support team about this? If yes, do you have the case number of your interaction from our team?
