Directv Go doesn't work

The directv go app has been updated on 11/17/22. Since that day, the application does not work. You start the app, but it simply doesn't start, and returns you to the main menu.

I have the same issue. I can’t cast to my tv (I open Directvgo on Google Chrome on my laptop and I want to cast on my tv using Chromecast)

I was able to do it before. It’s not working now 😕

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that DirectTV Go issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you out, as these issue can be difficult to troubleshoot on your own. First, I would make sure the DirectTV Go app is up-to-date. Then, I would clear out the cached app data on the DirectTV Go app. Finally, I would try casting from another device, such as a phone or tablet.
