Chromecast tv 4k disconnecting Wifi

My Chromecast 4k is intermittently disconnecting from wifi.

I read other posts that recommend resetting my router...but my other devices stay connected just fine!

Why is only my Chromecast having this problem and how do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: what's the LED status on your Chromecast with Google TV (4K)? How far is it from the Wi-Fi router? When did the issue start?

Give these steps a try:

Reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K).
Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
Plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV.
Plug it in on a different TV screen, if one is available.
Try to connect it to the mobile hotspot. This is to isolate the issue.
Factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV (4K).
