Chromecast 4 brak Dolby Digital 5.1

Dzień dobry. Mój tv philips nie przekazuje dźwięku Dolby Digital z chromecast do amplitunera. W aplikacji netflix nie ma możliwości oglądania w 5.1. Aplikacja netflix używana na tym samym tv bez problemu wysyła przez złącze optyczne odpowiedni sygnał i wszystko gra jak powinno.

Hi Gorilla,

Thanks for reaching out. The Chromecast output surround sound if a particular app supports it, and if the Audio/Video Receiver (AVR) or TV it's plugged into tells the Chromecast over Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) that it supports 5.1, AC3, and AC3/EAC3 surround sound. If the TV or AVR do not support one of these settings, Chromecast will not output surround sound. Also, Netflix will emit 5.1 surround sound if Chromecast is connected to an AVR that supports Dolby Digital Plus (DD+).

Cześć. Chromecast jest podłączony do tv, podobnie jak Xbox. Dźwięk z konsoli jest przekazywany przez hdmi do tv, a z tv do amplitunera przez złącze optyczne i jest w 5.1. Z chromecast niestety tak się nie dzieje.

Hey there,

Thanks for getting back to us. To isolate the issue, could you please try to unplug the Xbox and check if the same issue will persist? Also, plug in the Chromecast on a different HDMI port on your TV and try to cast from a different supported app like YouTube.

Cześć. Podłączałem w inne wejścia hdmi i żadnego efektu. Natomiast w opcjach netflix w ogóle nie ma 5.1. Są różne ścieżki dźwiękowe różnych języków, ale bez 5.1.

To opcje dźwięku wybranego filmu. Przy włączeniu aplikacji netflix, która jest zainstalowana na tv są inne ścieżki dźwiękowe z 5.1

Znalazłem! Chromecast podał jako nieobsługiwany sygnał dd+. A przy ręczny włączeniu tej opcji dźwięk jest prawidłowy.
