After setting up all 3, 2 of them worked fine out of the box, 1 of them kept failing to update to the latest version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Contacted google support, and was told that the device would need to be replaced. Received an RMA link that had error code PBIS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Contacted support again, and was waiting for 2 weeks for the PBIS error code to be resolved.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Received communication today that the product specialists had fixed the error, and a new RMA link was generated. The new link has the same error code PBIS. Contacted support again, and was told to wait 24-48hrs again for a follow up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Just want to get the device replaced, and seeing a lot of community posts regarding the PBIS error. Reaching out to the forums for help. I am trying to open the RMA link in the same country that the device was ordered (it looked like people had some success with this error if they used a VPN)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;My case number is&amp;nbsp;[0-6235000031761]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
