Static in action sound on chromecast

I just and installed a new Chromecast on my tv. When I use the home button or other buttons to move around in the app, there's an action sound, and in that Action Sound there's static. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? If you have a Chromecast with Google TV (4K or HD), are you using the Chromecast Voice Remote to navigate? If yes, is the static sound coming from the remote? In the meantime, please plug in the Chromecast into the power outlet using the provided USB power cable and adjust the cables and make sure they’re tightly plugged in.
