Chromecast 4k Won't start

Hello,

My chromecast won't start. It freezes when it shows "g".

Removed the power supply. Left it over the day, still doesn't work

Tried pressing the reset button but the light won't even start blinking. lights up white all the time.

Any ideas?

Could you please tell us how you reset your Chromecast with Google TV (4K)? Can you try another reset and follow the steps from this support website article? Also, please try to plug in your device on a different HDMI port on your TV and reboot your Wi-Fi router. If one is available, you can try to plug it in on a different TV screen.
