&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug,&amp;nbsp;then re-plug the Chromecast in the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) port, ensuring the connector is plugged all the way in.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Use the TV or HDMI extender.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug in the&amp;nbsp;Chromecast into other HDMI ports on the same TV.
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;If the issue is reproducible on all HDMI ports, it's likely that your TV make and model has compatibility issues&amp;nbsp;with Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Use the Chromecast&amp;nbsp;with another TV or HDMI display, if possible.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Red/pink screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently purchased another chromecast as I thought my old one had been misplaced when I moved. So I bought another. One day the screen on my TV went pink and a little fuzzy. I thought it was my whole television that was broken for ages until we noticed the screen was fine when not using the chromecast. Strangely enough I had actually found our old one the day before! And so I thought sweet, I'll take this new one back. Started using my old one again and it was working fine now it's doing the same?? I have done factory resets and reboots. Nothing will fix it..please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
