The chrome cast keeps unpairing from my phone

My chrome cast was paired to my phone but it keeps asking me to input the code displayed on the tv and if I miss the code the remote stops working I don’t want to reset the chromecast again. Is there anyway to get the code to display on the tv without resetting the chromecast?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us what code you referring to? Is it asking you to set up your device again? Could you share a photo of your TV showing the code that is being displayed on it? What type of Chromecast with Google TV device do you have, is it the 4K or HD?
