Hello

I am trying to find something that I will be able to play a vedio from input ( HDMI )
and write on the screen ( while the vedio is running ) promotion Text and change it from
computer / app
does cromecast give me that options ?
can I put in input 1 - vedio from HDMI

and in input 2 - chromecast and can change the caption/ text ?
