      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help resolving the wifi connection issue. My device lost the wifi. I tried everything but no success. Then i reset it to the factory default and upon setups i am stuck at the wifi connection. My wifi is ok and working with other devices but chrom says incorrect password. Now i am stuck at wifi connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A few questions: which Chromecast with Google TV device do you&amp;nbsp;have, is it the 4K or HD? What's the firmware version? How far is the Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure the Chromecast device is within 15 to&amp;nbsp;20 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Toggle Wi-Fi off&amp;nbsp;and on from your mobile device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Forget the network from your mobile phone and reconnect.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your Wi-Fi router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/39thY6w" target="_blank"&gt;Reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Manually connect to the Chromecast SSID. Here's how: go to the phone settings &amp;gt; Open Wi-Fi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example:&amp;nbsp;Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) &amp;gt; Go to the Google Home app and try to set it up again.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Factory reset your Chromecast again. Here's a guide: &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2WJrahO" target="_blank"&gt;How to factory reset your Chromecast.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
