Chromecast Orange Blinking Light

My chromecast keeps blinking orange, I've factory reset it, but nothing just it goes orange blinking light

I see. But it doesnt help me. Stick just orange blinking light. TV shows "no signal" on HDMI port. I tried different TV , HDMI port and power adapter but stiil nothing. TIVO stick works fine

Sounds like it's broke. Chromecast has a 1yr warranty in US.
