Hello William86,

Thanks for posting to the Chromecast Community forum! Let's sort this out.

A few questions: is this only happening when casting video content from Foxtel or across all apps? How far is the Chromecast from the router? Is the internet connection stable?

Give these steps a try:

Make sure the Chromecast firmware is updated.

Make sure that the Android, or the iOS device is up-to-date.

Check proximity of TV to casting device (phone, tablet, or computer), and Wi-Fi router. Ideally, they should be less than 15 to 20 feet (4 to 6 meters) apart from each other, with one or no walls in between.

Reboot the Chromecast, mobile device, and router.

Disconnect and reconnect the mobile device from the Wi-Fi network.

Check if your mobile device has a power saving setting. If it's enabled, disable it.

Perform a factory reset.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
