&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to us. If the suggested steps don't work, and you only have a TV with built-in Chromecast, please reach out to your TV manufacturer for further help. There might be some setting that needs to be configured or they may need to check it's firmware and update it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
