Got chromecast set up but remote not working or the volume on the app.

Spund in set up is too loud and needs to be constant.

How do I reinstall?

Do you know if your TV is supported by the Google TV HD?
Does your TV support CEC for example?

Gary9, how's it going? Do you still need help? If so, please plug in the Chromecast with Google TV (HD) device on a different HDMI port on your TV. Also, remove and re-add your TV under the Remote and Accessories section in the Google TV settings then, follow the steps here to set up your Voice Remote buttons.
