Chromecast with Google TV (4K) or Chromecast Ultra offer currently highest resolution support of 4K:

The normal chromecast allows you to stream content from your phone, tablet or PC to the TV and the TV version its own Android TV version where you can install apps and stream content from other devices.

So decide what you need.
