Image blue, green and black on Apple TV app shows

When I try to watch Apple TV, once the show starts the TV image goes ble, green and black tones only. All other apps work fine. Has anyone experience the same?

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum! You can clear the cache and data of the Apple TV app then, reinstall it on your Chromecast with Google TV (HD). Rebooting your Chromecast with Google TV (HD) might also help.
