I want to connect my JBL live series headset to my chromecast, the problem is I can't connect it. can someone help?

Thanks for reaching out. What type of Chromecast device do you have? If you have a Chromecast with Google TV (4K) or (HD), please try the steps listed below:

Reboot the Bluetooth device.
If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with the CGTV, disconnect them.
Reboot the TV.
Check if the Bluetooth device pairs with other devices (Example: Phone or tablet).
