Device settings coming up empty

Have 2 tvs connected to the same Chromecast. Can't rename the devices. Currently both TVs are called Living room TV. Device settings shows up empty in Home app. Can't add the Tv to the home network. Only one wifi in the house to which everything is connected.

Can you help clarify what you mean by the same Chromecast connected to 2 TVs? Google only supports connecting 1 Chromecast to 1 HDMI input of a TV.
