Chromecast with Google TV HD cannot clear cache on some apps

Hello, I Have a new Chromecast with Google TV hd, and I cannot clear 2 apps cache, play store being one of them, I have tried everything and the cache will not clear. any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (HD) and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
