Google Chromecast does not start

My device is stuck on the G logo, I have tried factory reset but not work.
I have already tried to change the tv.

Is this issue related to the Android 12 update?

Hey there EduardoPaoletta,

I'm not too sure why this issue has been occurring sadly. I have been seeing it pop up again pretty recently, as this has been a problem in the past. Chromecast Support should have more tools to access your device logs to see what kind of errors your device is running into.
