Is Sound through HDMI & Bluetooth device at the same time possible?

I think I have the Googletv 4k version. My wife has hearing issues and keeps the TV Volume extremely loud. Can I set up a bluetooth headphone for her to use , at the volume of her choosing, and I can listen over the TV speakers? In others words both bluetooth and hdmi sound at the same time.

Thanks for reaching out. While you can connect a Bluetooth device to the Chromecast with Google TV, listening to the Bluetooth headphones and TV speakers or HDMI sound at the same time isn't supported.
