Chromecast not casting VIDEO from disney+ app on computer

Chromecast not casting VIDEO from disney+ app on computer. I have read mutliple articles to solve this probelem but nothing is working. I restarted my chromecast and disney+ app. Youtube and other services are castin properly. The casting option on the app is also not appearing.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue casting a video content from Disney+ app to your TV. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: when did the issue start? What’s the make and model of the device used to cast? Have you tried casting using your mobile phone?

Give these steps a try:

Completely close the app(s), then reopen.
Make sure the Disney+ app is updated.
Uninstall, then reinstall the Disney+ app.
If you haven't tried yet, use another casting device (mobile, tablet, or computer).
Reboot your Chromecast.
