Volume bar visable on tv

I cant seem to remove volume bar from tv after installing chromecast. I have trying turning both tv and chrome cast up and down and I've also tryed settings but nothing changed any help be great.

Hi Jodz23,

Thanks for reaching out and for doing some steps before hand. To cover all the bases, could you please try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV? Also, plug it in on a different TV screen and check if the same issue will persist.

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on your device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
