Problems with chrome cast

I have a chromecast that when connected to my tv will show the Google logo for approximately 10 seconds then cut off. My TV works perfectly with amazon fire stick but not with chromecast. I have set up chromecast on other televisions and it works perfectly. I have tried all troubleshoot options including rebooting Wi-Fi and chromecast and resetting tv but none has worked. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Please try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV. If the issue persists and it works on a different TV screen, you may reach out to your TV manufacturer for further help.
