In the Kodi App on Chromecast unable to connect to my NAS this still does work on raspberry Pi running Kodi using the exact same syntax smb://NAS/Media/Movies Error "Software caused connection abort" .

adapting Kodi 20, Settings Services,

SMB settings from none to `smbv1 and smbv3 solved the issue, works fine now.
