Chromecast Freeze and Cant Update Chromecast Built In

When I try to play a game on my Android S8+ and hook it onto my Chromecast Built in Sony Smart TV, the screen just freezes. The sound is still playing, but the screen is frozen forever. I looked up a video and saw that you could update Chromecast built in, so I tried that, but when I did, it said "Something went wrong. Try again." I am totally walled because everything I tried won't work, and even the internet can't help me. Is there a way I can prevent the screen freeze and/or make the TV able to install the Chromecast built in update?
