Hi I having issue in streaming videos once I started playing the videos it’s start to auto forwarding I try to reset and factory reset but the problem keep on occurring pls advice How to solve this issue

When did this issue start happening?
Does this occur in one app, or every app?
Does this occur when casting from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
