Casting / Screen mirroring Strava

I was recommended Chromecast to screen mirror / Cast Zwift onto my TV.

But I can’t see a cast logo on Zwift and I can’t see an option to screen mirror on Chromecast.

Any ideas, please?

Zwift does not support direct Chromecasting. That's why you don't see the cast logo in the app

Mirroring only works on computers (Windows or Mac) using the Chrome browser:

And, on ANDROID phones and tablets using the native screen mirror (NOT using the browser on them):

You cannot use either method (Chrome or mirroring) an Apple devices. Apple chose to not support it.

What kind of device do you have?

Wow, thanks for that! I’m using Zwift on iPhone / iPad, so are you suggesting that I could mirror screen from a non-Apple laptop? Cheers, H

It turns out that I can find those 3 dots on the Zwift web page, but not the app which I’ve downloaded onto my laptop. Any thoughts? 😐

Hey there Helsey,

You are correct; you should be able to cast using the Google Chrome browser using a Chromebook or a Windows laptop. The articles that Byteguy linked should provide more details on how to do so. As for the dots not appearing in the app, that's because those dots are built into the Chrome browser itself and are not supplied by Zwift.
