HDR not working on WANBO projector

I have a WANBO t6 MAX projector made by xiomi. Using Roku and other android boxes, the HDR works perfectly, Purchased a new Chromcast with Google TV android 12(hdmi usb C) and only SDR shows. Contacted wanbo and they said the HDMI port is HDR 10+ at 1080p or 4k 30hz. Many other people with projectors are complaining the same issue with google since android 12. What is the fix, as without HDR its worthless to have this box

Hey there Dubayy2020,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out that HDR issue? If not, I'd be happy to look into this. Just to be safe, does your WANBO projector meet the Chromecast requirements? If so, make sure your Chromecast's firmware is up-to-date. I would also try different ports on the projector to see if the different HDMI ports yield the same issue.
