Cannot add additional apps for child's profile

Hi,

I have a Chromecast with Google TV. We've recently been able to set up a child's profile, but not all apps are available for selection for the child. I have figured out that this is due to the Family Link settings, specifically the Google Play app restrictions (

https://support.google.com/chromecast/thread/117321500/chromecast-google-tv-no-apps-available-for-kids-profiles?hl=en&msgid=117321500). Changing this to unrestricted does affect the limited list available for selection in that it just "spins" forever and never displays the list.

So in any restriction mode other than unrestricted, I get 4 or 5 apps - not including apps like iPlayer, Disney, Plex, etc. Turning on Unrestricted in Family Link just displays a spinner when it's trying to populate the list.

Any help would be appreciated,
