Skin tones red

Skin tones are very red. On tv in another room we power it off using the smart remote that came with tv. Trued posting off with Chromecast device and older Samsung tv remote but it didn’t fix skin tones.

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you casting from a Chromecast browser or Chromecast-enabled apps? When did the issue start?

Give these steps a try:

Unplug, then re-plug the Chromecast in the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) port, ensuring the connector is plugged all the way in.
Use the TV or HDMI extender.
Plug in the Chromecast into other HDMI ports on the same TV.
- If the issue is reproducible on all HDMI ports, it's likely that your TV make and model has compatibility issues with Chromecast.
Use the Chromecast with another TV or HDMI display, if possible.
