One PC will not recognize one of my Chromecasts

I have several devices, both PCs and Android phones and I have 2 Chromecasts. One of my PCs is not recognizing one of my Chromecasts. All of my other devices are recognizing both Chromecasts. The Google Chrome on this PC is up to date. How do I troubleshoot this and how do I resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check this further.

A few questions: what's the make and model of your PC? What type of Chromecast devices do you have? Are you getting the message " No cast destination found" when casting from the Chrome browser?

Give these steps a try:

Check if your PC's operating system is compatible with the Chromecast.
Check the antivirus of the computer. There are cases (mostly in Windows) wherein the Chromecast device fails to work after the antivirus finished an update. If this happens, contact your antivirus provider.
Reboot your Chromecast.
Factory reset your Chromecast.
